RFQ Details

ServoMecanik is a manufacturer of industrial machines.
We manufacture plasma, oxyfuel and waterjet CNC cutters
We also design software for custom retrofitting of existing machines.
We actually in the process of redesigning one of our machine which is controlled
by 3 to 4 servo DC permanent magnet gearmotor per machine. The permanent magnet
did a great job on these machine since we never had to replace any brushes for the
last 12 years on these motors.

please quote us for the following 4 different types of motor and amplifier and the 2 different ratio gearhead
if you do not have the exact torque and speed or gearhead ratio, please find the closess match of your existing stock.
We do not want to have custom made motors which could increase leadtime and pricing

type of motor needded: AC or DC, (brushless will be prefered)
Torque at rated RPM = 1Nm at 3000 RPM aproximately qty = 40 to 60 per year
Torque at rated RPM = 2Nm at 3000 RPM aproximately qty = 40 to 60 per year
planetary gearhead with 15:1 ratio, to be matched with motors listed above qty = 40 to 60
amplifier with a 120VAC will be prefered to match the 2 motors listed above.
3 meter cables to connect motor power and encoder and all other signal to amplifier

Torque at rated RPM = 06Nm at 3000 RPM aproximately qty = 6 to 20 per year
Torque at rated RPM = 10Nm at 3000 RPM aproximately qty = 6 to 20 per year
planetary gearhead with 5:1 ratio, to be matched with motors listed above qty = 6 to 20
amplifier with a 220VAC will be prefered to match the 2 motors listed above.
3 meter cables to connect motor power and encoder and all other signal to amplifier

amplifier signal input = +/- 10V or PWM + direction or pulse and direction
(+/- 10v will be the prefered input signal)

standard voltage in canada is 120VAC /1 phase, 220VAC / 1 or 3 phase, 600VAC / 1 or 3 phase

motor power and voltage= to be match with your standard amplifier
encoder should be mouted on motor, with a minimum of 1000 P/R
all other caracteristics are not important for now,
Please do not ask for other motor caracteristic or dimensions of motor of shaft for now because
it won't really change the average price of your motors.
We will prefer motors with popular and standard dimensions and caracteristics
We will adapt ourself to the standard caracteristics of your motors.

We prefer (but not required), buying the motor, amplifier and gearhead from the same supplier
if you do not have the exact torque and speed or gearhead ratio, please find the closess match of your existing stock.
We do not want to have custom made motors which could increase leadtime and pricing
